The 26th of March was a Red letter day for all the children of Pansora, Ardi, Zalabordi, Khristipura, Ghora and Ashipura as they celebrated Bal Mela in Jag Prakash Kanya Chatralaya, Pansora. There were around 400 children who came in with joy in their hearts and in colorful attire to enjoy their day.
The chief guest of the programme was Mrs. Kapila Chawla the member of Zilla Panchayat Fr. Issac Sdb the rector of Dakor house was the resource person. We were happy to have the Sarpanch of Ashipura and of Ghora villages. We began our programme with a prayer dance performed by our boarders followed by lighting of the lamp and felicitation. During the whole year various competitions were held in our campus and in their villages, so the winners were given prizes by the Chief Guest. Representatives of each village performed an item each.
After a good lunch, the children went to the different game stalls and were thrilled on winning many coupons and prizes. We concluded with the famous garba.
